Snow Removal
For pedestrian safety, including mail carriers and children walking to school, homeowners are required to remove snow from their sidewalks within 24-hours of a snow-fall. Owners are not permitted to throw or deposit snow in the public streets. Owners that do not remove snow/ice will be provided an additional 24-hour notice to remove the snow prior to our Contractor servicing the property. If our snow removal contractor removes the snow, the property owner will be sent an invoice for the cost of the service and the appropriate administrative fees.
